million light-years distant in the northern constellation Draco. While we
can view NGC 5905 almost from above (face-on view), NGC 5908 appears in
edge-on view.
Many very distant galaxy clusters with light travel times of up to 5.6 billion years can be found in the background of this image as shown in the object identification image:
