Notes: NGC6802 is an open star cluster, east of the much bigger star cluster Collinder 399 (The Coat Hanger). The bright blue star on the right side of the above image is 7 Vul, the most eastern star of Collinder 399.

The golden-yellow color of NGC6802 is a consequence of the reddening of the star light by dust: E(B-V) = 0.85 mag.
