Notes: The Veil Nebula is a large supernova remnant in the constellation Cygnus. It consists of different parts with different object names. The western part of the Veil Nebula is called NGC 6960. The brightest part of NGC 6960 is shown in the above image. To the west of NGC 6960 is an extensive dark nebula.
